Randy Hale

Pastor Randy Hale was called to the First Baptist Church of Bartlett in November of 2017. Pastor and his wife, Jackie, moved to Bartlett from Apache Junction, Arizona where he served as the Senior Pastor at Crossroads Baptist Church for 11 years. Previous pastoral history consists of serving as the Senior Pastor at Marsden Baptist in Ardmore, Oklahoma and the youth pastor at First Baptist Church in Florence, Texas.

He continued his Christian Studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Rockbridge Seminary.

Pastor is married to Jackie Hale and has 3 children: Michael (and Becki) Hale, Jessica Hale and Brandi (and Bryan) Becker.  Pastor’s favorite people on Earth are his 2 grandchildren Jacian and Gracie.

His heart has always been to help people grow in their faith and by doing so it helps him grow stronger is his. Pastor’s favorite thing to do is play golf, be with family and church family, be involved in the community and enjoying Mexican food.  Pastor’s favorite bible verse is Philippians 4:13.
